This lively book is an account of Graeme Pagan's encounters and experiences in over forty years of legal practice in Oban. We also learn about the solicitor who was a prisoner-of-war for an hour and a half; the man who was assaulted by a ferret, and how the author accidentally ended up on the catwalk while on the way to a session at the Edinburgh Jazz Festival. On a more serious note, Graham Pagan also relates incidents from his political activism, his
