Male Prostitution exists.  It is not called by that name, but the attributes are unquestioned.  

Males sell themselves to females, in this case, female tourists.  This is not ad hoc or occasional, this is an industry.

It is known to those who operate Hotels in the Caribbean and in some cases, accepted, in others, ignored.
