As stated in previous answers, it is impossible to learn everything. Still, it certainly will make you a better person with enough knowledge to succeed in a particular field in life if you know as much as you can and try to reach as far as you can. 

 Although books are a great source of knowledge and it is nice to keep actual books at home, it is not the only way to acquire knowledge, especially in this generation.
