A male/female team of serial killers are on the loose on Cape Cod.  Detective Jack Walker is doing his best to ferret them out, but they're very careful and keep changing their M.O.  The cops start using drones to help in the search and even help the feds find a mobile meth lab with them.  

This pair of killers are totally remorseless and brutal.  And also very hard to track.
