Disillusioned with the current Administration, Nick Stark tries to topple the government he swore to protect. Stark discovers a link between an attempted murder of Nick Maze and some of the President's political advisors. Stark and his colleagues soon learn the administration's criminal activities involve both America's closets allies and most unwavering adversaries. Stark and his colleagues decide to sanction the President and his entire Cabinet before international conflict erupts in to war.
