'Speculum Amantis' is an anthology of romance-themed poems written by English-speaking authors of the 17th century. Many of these works are not attributed to a specific author, but rather to a specific publisher. Amongst the countless titles featured, some of them are the following: 'Once I must confess I loved', 'Shall we die', 'There is not half so warm a fire', 'Two lovers sat lamenting', and 'Underneath this myrtle shade'.
