Anyone who may be going through depression or have had it before can definietly relate to this. Being depressed isn't something to just let go of. It's something very mental and very serious. I recommend if you are someone who is suffering from depression that you read this with a guardian. Also, you should watch the series on Netflix, 13 Reasons Why.
