There are those at Gulinger High who believe that Tom Brown leads a Ghoulie Mob and that he now runs the school through fear.

So a Mafi mob was formed to counter that. . . yet kept secret from the ghoulies just in case. So when Rick Deacon is surprised by a letter on his bed asking for his help to deal with the Mob of mafis that runs the other half, he gets overwhelmed from the pressure. After all, as the heir to the major shareholder of the school and grandson of the founder it is up to him to solve this problem.
