One day, Alasdair and April are visiting their granny when Sir Stumble arrives at the door with his pompous attitude, saying that he is going to sell the place she lives so she will have to move. So begins a quest to find evidence to allow Granny Annie to stay in her home.

Sir Stumble soon realises that he has underestimated both her and the helpful and mischievous things in her room. Stumpy and his friends are determined to protect Granny Annie and work together to defeat him …
